At JellyRollFabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textile purchase. If your fabric or decor items aren't a perfect fit, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure fabrics are unwashed, uncut, and in their original packaging, then securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
